Culinary Endeavours…
It was a Saturday morning and i awoke with the sort of hangover that can only be cure with one thing. I delicious fry up. This consumed I sat and wondered how to fill my day. I had a sudden urge to bake. So bake I did. It bothered me not that i had no scales, mixing bowl, sieve or cake tray, oh no not I!
The first attempt were some hilarious looking flat cakes which unbelievably tasted exactly like strawberry pop tarts. They were lovely! But not pretty enough for my liking. Gav then came round and helped me create the most delicious fish pie, oh how yummy it was!
After a spot of origami (isn’t it supposed to be calming? it enraged me in a way that nothing else has ever done!) I went into town and bought the required items needed to create cakes that weren’t as flat as Holland. And some pink sugar glitter.
The next cakes created by me and Gary were nice but lacked the rustic crapness of my first attempt, a recipe i will unfortunately never be able to recreate.
At some point over this weekend Harry walked in looking like a caterpillar.
