My home made cheesecake balls - AMAZING!!
Recipe
Bourbon and Milk Chocolate
1 packet of Bourbon biscuits
150g Cream Cheese
1 large bar of Milk Chocolate
Custard Cream and White Chocolate
1 pack of Custard Creams
150g Cream Cheese
1 large bar of White Chocolate
Dark Chocolate Hobknob and Dark Chocolate
1/2 pack of Dark Chocolate Hobknobs
150g Cream Cheese
1 large bar of Chocolate
Method
Blitz biscuits in a blender till fine (not quite powder)
Mix with cream cheese
Melt Chocolate
Line a tray with grease proof paper
Make small balls out of cheese cake mixture
Roll balls in melted chocolate and place on tray
Put in fridge for at least an hour
Drizzle alternate colour chocolate over chilled balls
Return to fridge for an hour
CONSUME!!!
So easy and they taste like really expensive praline chocs!
